Google says local results depend mainly on three things: how well your listing matches the search, how close you are to the person searching, and how well-known your business is, which includes how many reviews you have. We ask every customer for a review in the same way. We don't screen customers, route happy customers to Google and unhappy ones elsewhere, or offer anything in exchange for a review. A private feedback option sits beside the public one for anyone who prefers it, and every review gets a professional reply that you approve first.

Support is by email, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturdays are by appointment only, and we're closed Sundays. We don't offer on-call or overnight support. We monitor your site and are alerted to outages, and we respond during business hours.

No. Our Institutional & Civic plan monitors your site and fixes accessibility issues, aiming for WCAG 2.1 AA. Automated tools and spot checks don't catch every issue, so we don't certify or guarantee legal compliance.
